Siblings Timothy, Luke and Quinlyn recently donated $1000 worth of new books to the NICU in memory of their brother, William Shannehan who was a patient 16 years ago.

The Lovemark Foundation recently presented the Brain Tumor program at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven with a $100,000 donation. The Lovemark Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by PGA Tour professional Jamie Lovemark and his wife, Tiva, with the purpose of financially and emotionally supporting brain cancer patients and their families.

Julia Consorte and Alex Lynch, organizers of their annual Women’s and Men’s Street Hockey Tournaments, stopped by Smilow to drop off proceeds from the July 2017 tournaments. The tournaments are held at Bennett Rink in West Haven, and proceeds have been directed to Smilow Cancer Hospital since 2014.
